2013 UA Space Grant Fellow Jason Davis has found great success as a space news reporter. Having started out in the IT field, Jason switched focuses and joined The University of Arizona as a UA Space Grant Fellow to pursue the creation of a space documentary. The documentary, Desert Moon, centered on the Lunar and Planetary Lab and its great contributions to the Apollo moon missions. Today, Jason Davis is a space news reporter with The Planetary Society, where he reports on LightSail, a spacecraft that tests solar sail technology.
