Congratulations to 2006 UA Space Grant Intern Melissa L. Sevigny for her new book, Under Desert Skies! The book originates from a LPL oral history project during Melissa's Space Grant internship mentored by LPL director Dr. Mike Drake. Under Desert Skies describes how a small lunar-and planetary-focused laboratory at the University of Arizona forged the field of planetary science at a time when few people studied the solar system.
